"Pretty frustrating on my phone"
I tried using it on my phone and it was kind of annoying. The menu kept glitching out and I had a hard time figuring out the checkout. I just wanted to place my order but it took way longer than it should have.

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and was happy to see a solid amount of gluten-free choices. Everything I tried tasted really good, which isn’t always the case with diet-friendly options. Definitely a good spot for me.

"A little frustrating at first, but they made it right"
I had a small issue with my order i was frustrated at first. I reached out to support and was relieved when they got back to me fairly quickly. It took a bit of back and forth, which was a little annoying, but they stayed helpful and eventually got everything sorted out. I’m giving 4 stars because it wasn’t a perfect experience, but I really do appreciate that they cared enough to fix it

"Updates were okay, just a little slow"
They did reply when I reached out, so it wasn’t like I was completely left hanging. But the updates came later than I expected, like when I was wondering if my order had shipped, or if it was still being packed, or if there was a delay, or even just when it might arrive. A quick message earlier would’ve helped a lot. Overall, it was okay, just not super timely.

"Not as unique as I expected"
The idea is cute, but the flavors tasted normal to me, so I don’t think I’d order again. I also had to contact customer service and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t help the experience.

Got my order today and I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled before with missing items or stuff not matching the order. But everything was exactly right, nothing was missing, and it all showed up like it was supposed to. Happy with it, to be honest...

I was mainly paying attention to the allergen info when I ordered, and it was easy to find on the product pages. I appreciated that I didn’t have to click around forever just to check the basics. One item didn’t have quite enough detail for me, so I ended up emailing to double check. Overall though, it felt safer and less stressful than a lot of other snack sites I’ve used.

"Tasty, but a little rough around the edges"
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the marshmallows were a bit squished when I opened the box. They still tasted good, so it wasn’t a total letdown, but I guess it reminded me how much presentation matters when you’re excited to receive a treat. Not a bad experience overall, just not quite the little box I was hoping for.

The marshmallows were actually good, I’ll give them that. They tasted fresh and had a nice texture. But the amount in the box felt a lot smaller than I expected for the price. I kind of thought there would be more, so while they were nice, I’m not sure I’d call them worth it

"So soft and fresh"
I ordered these from xomarshmallow.com, they were some of the softest marshmallows I’ve had. The texture was super light and fluffy, not dry or strangely chewy like a few others I’ve tried in the past. They kind of melt when you bite into them, which I really liked. You can definitely tell they’re fresh, and based on my experience, I’d happily order them again.

"Pretty decent, but really sweet"
I thought the marshmallows tasted fine overall, and I really do like that some of the ingredients seem better than what you’d find in regular store-bought ones. That said, they were still a bit too sweet for me, and I guess I expected them to feel a little cleaner for the price

"Texture ruined my plans"
I was really hoping to use this for something I had planned, but the texture keeps changing every time. One batch feels fine, then the next is totally different, which is frustrating. It’s just not consistent enough to count on

"Pretty good support, I think"
I had a small question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I expected, I guess. The person was friendly and helped me sort it out without making it feel like a whole big issue. It wasn’t totally perfect since I did have to wait a little, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"Too sweet for me right now"
I just had these recently, so maybe the sweetness is still fresh in my mind, but wow, they were a lot sweeter than I expected. I was hoping for something a little more balanced, but after a couple bites they started to feel sugary and heavy.
The texture was totally fine and they looked nice, so it wasn’t a quality issue for me. I just couldn’t really get into the flavor. I know some people love super sweet treats, but based on this last try, I probably wouldn’t order them again

"Pretty fresh, but not totally great"
I grabbed these when I was kind of feeling pressured to pick something quickly, and they were mostly okay. A few of the marshmallows tasted fresh, but some of them were a little stale, so I was a bit disappointed.

"Flavors didn’t really hit for me"
I really wanted to like these, but the flavors were a little weaker than I expected and some of them came off too sweet. A few even tasted similar to each other. That said, they’re not awful or anything, and I can see someone else enjoying them more than I did. They just weren’t really worth it for me.
